How We Help

After meeting with our clients to discuss their personal, medical, and financial needs, we carefully match them to 3-4 of our vetted community partners. We personally escort clients and their families on tours of the matched independent & assisted living communities, residential care homes, or memory care communities, so they can decide which senior housing option is best for them.

Always Best Care helps seniors and their families through the entire process. Our Care Coordinators are local and have in-depth knowledge of the services provided by the communities we refer to. Contact us today for your no cost, no obligation consultation. All assisted living services fees are paid by the communities themselves.

Sheena Wallace
Owner / CEO

Sheena Wallace grew up in Compton, CA. Growing up, she spent a lot of time dancing and cheering, which quickly became a passion of hers. After high school, Sheena attended the University of California, Berkeley. During this time, she participated in numerous community service events, helped create a dance team, became a mentor and college advisor, joined Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and received her B.A. in Social Welfare. After graduating, she returned to Southern California where she continued to fulfill her dedication to Social Welfare.

Sheena began her journey in the Multi-family Housing Industry and has remained in that field for over 15 years. She’s had extensive experience in various roles such as Section 8 Eligibility Interviewer, Section 8 Advisor for the VASH Program, Contract Specialist, Compliance Assistance Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. Her positions throughout the years all highlight her proficiency in managing complex projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high quality standards. Her experience in working with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), The Housing Authority (Los Angeles), owners, tenants and employees, conducting interviews and training staff is invaluable when working with seniors, their families and her caregiving team.

Sheena’s always had a passion for helping people. However, it was her grandmothers who inspired her passion for senior care and home care. Her 78-year-old grandmother, living out of state and on her own since her husband passed, is finding it harder to live independently. Her great-grandmother, 93, also lives alone. Neither wants to give up their independence, insisting they love their homes, neighborhood and friends/family that are close by. They want to remain in their own homes but need assistance from time to time. Sheena’s love of doing for others has created the mindset of always wanting to make a difference in people’s lives and help make their lives easier.

In her free time, Sheena loves dancing and stepping. She started when she was 9 and never stopped. She’s performed at the professional level and has also been a choreographer and dance teacher. Aside from performing, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Always Best Care has helped thousands of
